Sports Analytics Club

The Sports Analytics Club is a student organization tailored to students who are interested in sports, statistics, and how the disciplines merge. Baseball is commonly seen as the beginning of the statistical revolution in sports; however, our organization will look at different sports and analyze how statistics are used across them. We will discuss how specific stats are derived and what they actually reveal. Our club will provide a unique opportunity for interested BC students to learn about a common real-world application of math and data collection.
